WHAT IS INTEGRATED MOVEMENT THERAPY (IMT)?

IMT is a one-on-one holistic therapy framework based in yoga and neuroscience and informed by conventional mental health perspectives. Sessions include a variety of approaches and methods including movement, mindfulness, creative exercises, and spiritual practices to create conditions for growth and healing. IMT serves individuals with all challenges on the human spectrum, and specifically those with complex challenges, through a highly individualized approach to support the needs of each client.

My areas of specialty are:

  • anxiety and nervous system regulation

  • chronic conditions such as autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, and chronic pain
